He is survived by: his former wife Sue Howard; his children, Vincent Herman Jr. of New Boston, Travis Herman (Chelsea Meadows) of Portsmouth and Myranda Herman of Portsmouth; his siblings, Donald Howard, Lundy Howard of Pickaway County, Bobby Howard of Portsmouth, Billy Howard of Pickaway County and Terry Howard of West Portsmouth; and his grandchildren, Vinnie Herman III, Tristan Pennington, Mariauna Collins, Ryder Collins, Oakley Herman and Violet Meadows.
