She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Bliss (McCain) and Donald Bliss; her daughter Carolyn Salyer Slone; her grandson Seth Hicks; and her siblings, Hazel, Della, Ray, John and Jerry.
She is survived by: her daughter Eva Hamby (Jimmy) of Wheelersburg, OH; her siblings, Sharon Spence of Orient, OH and Robert Bliss of New Mexico; and her grandchildren, Chad Salyer (Heather) and Heather Salyer. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
