He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Blevins, Sr. and Linda Nichols Thomas; and his sister Susan Athey. He is survived by: his daughter Autumn Blevins of South Carolina; his sister Robin Howard (Adam) of Mocksville, NC; and his stepbrother Andy Blevins of Crowly, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the New Life Family Worship Center (1601 Harrisonville Ave, Portsmouth, OH 45662). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
