It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Caseman of Portsmouth, Ohio, born in Vanceburg, Kentucky, who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ancil Caseman and Nellie Waggle Caseman; his daughters, Kimberly Bettis and Linda Walker; and his siblings, Mary Stevens, Betty Kennedy, JoAnn Stone, Joyce Allen, Dick Caseman and Bob Caseman.

He is survived by: his sons, Donnie Caseman (Judy) of Portsmouth, OH., Steven Caseman (Stephanie) of Portsmouth, OH. and David Caseman (Becky) of Waverly, OH. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several other family and friends.
