R.) of West Portsmouth, Gail Rowe (Eric) of Lucasville and Tracy Wagoner of Hebron, KY; his siblings-in-law, Allen Garrett (Linda) and Debbie Blankenship (Dane); his nieces and nephews, Casey Teeters (Marc), Kristen Bernard (Joe), Tyler Rowe (Darian), Mackenzie Rowe, Emily Wagoner, Bradley Wagoner, Brandy Billiter (Eric), Lindsey Garrett and Andrew Garrett (Courtney); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Bryson, Mason, Skylehn and Kamryn.
