He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Miers Scott; his daughters, Emily Elaine Levi (Billy) of Portsmouth, Ellen Marie Phillips (Kris) of Dublin and Erin Elizabeth Yore (Jamey) of Longwood, FL; his siblings, Ralph F. Scott II (Patty) of Portsmouth, Betty J. Dials, Edith I. Caudill (John) of West Portsmouth and Virginia L. "Ginger" Stevenson (Terry, Sr.) of Sciotoville; his grandchildren, Lauren Phillips, Carson Yore, Peyton Levi and Shelby Yore; his sister-in-law Phyllis Spears (Russ) of Cornelia, GA; and his pets, Bradley and Ace. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
