He is survived by: his wife Pearl Slark (Neace); his children, Danny Ray Slark of Olive Hill, KY, Timothy Wayne Slark of Portsmouth, Dusty Michelle Adams of Jackson and Taylor Slark Brown (Wayne) of Suffolk, VA; his siblings, Harold Douglas Slark (Mary) of Portsmouth, Lola VanDyke of West Portsmouth and Sara Malone (Robert) of Wheelersburg; his grandchildren, Kathlyn Marie Slark, David Lee Slark II (Monica), Brianna Adams, Timothy Michael Wayne Slark, Marissa Leeann Slark, Danielle Renee Slark, Stephen Michael Adams Jr., Jacob Uriah Scurlock and Danny Ray Slark Jr.; and his great grandchildren, David Lee Slark III, Kaiden Parsons, Braxton Parsons, Justin Parsons, Mason Parsons, Jordan Adams, Osiah Scott and Penelope Brown.
