He was predeceased by: his parents, John Heath and Arrietta Applegate Heath; and his granddaughter Brittany Smith. He is survived by: his wife Lorena "Rene" Holsinger Heath; his daughters, Terri Leasure (Steve) of West Portsmouth and Janet Stambaugh (Chet) of Wheelersburg; his stepchildren, Martin Bauer of Wheelersburg, Jon Bauer (Jim Gilbert) of Safety Harbor, FL, Angie Dillow (Greg) of Wheelersburg and Annette Smith of Wheelersburg; and his close friend Louise Bauer. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren.
