He was predeceased by: his parents, Santford Ray and Fern Howard Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Sandi Fleeman Adkins; his sons, Dave Adkins (Jeanie) and John Adkins (Linda); his grandchildren, Miles Adkins, Meghan Mault, Ryan Graham, Amanda Graham, Ashlee Carrico, CJ Adkins, Tanner DeLong, Tristan DeLong, Mykel DeLong and Ethan DeLong; and his siblings, Danny Adkins (Cindy), Mick Adkins (Rhonda) and Diana King. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
