Horner; her daughter Janice Sue Ricksneuwoehner; her stepdaughter Latricia Thomas; her son Harry Williams; her siblings, Joseph Eggers, Herbert Eggers and Dorothy Shaffer; her grandson Jason Horner; and her daughter-in-law Brenda Horner.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Horner of Portsmouth and Larry Horner of Portsmouth; her great great grandchild Elliot Hamilton; and also, Sam Salyer, Dean Thompson, Gail, Kim, Susie, Monica, Jenny and Julie. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
