Constance Hoover Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Constance Hoover of Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on March 27, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell VanGorder and Louella Pyles VanGorder; and her husband Mark E. Hoover, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Jack McGue (Janine) of North Carolina, Frank McGue of North Carolina, Michelle Hoover (Amy Hightower) of Portsmouth and Mark Hoover, Jr. (Patricia Mullins) of Franklin Furnace, Ohio; her grandchildren, Kyle McGue, John Kerr-Jennice, Jr., Dakota, Izaiah, Hannah Lockhart and Alyssa Hoover; her sister Mandy Staples (Josh); and her cousins, David and Joseph Stockham. She is also survived by two nieces, two nephews, seven great nieces and nephews.
