Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home, Inc. (1422 Lincoln St, Portsmouth, OH 45662). A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (8580 Gallia Pike, Franklin Furnace, OH 45629).
