He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Jarvis and Edith Jarvis (Mangus); his daughter Tanya Royster; his siblings, Joyce Garrett, Linda Jarvis, Mondle Riley and Clifford Riley; and his stepfather Jim Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jarvis (Wright); his children, Jay Jarvis of Portsmouth, Timmy Royster of Portsmouth, Missi Jarvis-Jenkins (Jim) of Wheelersburg, Robin Jarvis of Portsmouth, Brandi Mosley of Chillicothe and Laura Lennex (Josh) of Sciotoville; and his siblings, Geraldine Sears of Paintsville, KY, Patty Hilderbrand of Portsmouth, Rosie Cooper of Wheelersburg, Betty Riley of Wheelersburg, Ruth Plank of Morehead, KY, Donna Wilburn of Ashland, KY and Rob Jarvis of Dayton.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the funeral home.
