It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clark Lee Shepherd of Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on March 12, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frederick Shepherd and Betty Jean Shepherd (O'Brien); his brother Fred L. Shepherd; his daughters, Paula Jean McColm, Carol Leigh Conteras and Lauren Marie Shepherd; and his half-brother Ed Kizer.
