It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara Kahleen Lacy of Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on August 12, 2022, at the age of 24, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Kenneth and Carol Blaine. She is survived by: her children, Emmett Fletcher and Addalynn Fletcher; her sisters, Tiffany Hawkins (Craig) of Gaithersburg, MD, Alissa Lacy of Lexington, KY and Rebecca Blaine of Lucasville; and her grandparents, Dennis and Jane Stevens of Portsmouth.
