She was predeceased by: her parents, James Whitaker and Mary Whitaker (Harkless); and her brother Dallas Whitaker. She is survived by: her husband Timmy Rister of Portsmouth; her children, Billy Whitaker and Katrina Whitaker of Portsmouth; her siblings, Michael Whitaker of Columbus and Debbie Blevins of Portsmouth; and her granddaughter Cheyenne Estele of Portsmouth.
