He is survived by: his mother Mary Howard Blevins; his children, Chuckie Blevins (Jean) and Malinda Blevins; his stepdaughter Penny Mullins; his grandchildren, Haidon Blevins, Preston Blevins, Paiton Blevins, Brooklyn Furrer and Isaiah Baker; his former wife Gloria Fetty; his siblings, Larry Blevins (Ruth), Frankie Blevins (Brenda), Steve Blevins (Reva), Marie Reinhard (Tony), Tina Blevins (Brady), Tammy Wilfong (Rick) and Brenda Blevins; and his uncle Roby Hawkins.
