She is survived by: her mother Florence Lozier (Tussing); her children, Daniel Lee Ratliff of Chillicothe and Ceda Danette Richardson (Shane) of Wheelersburg; and her brother Matthew Miller (Denise) of North Carolina. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
