She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Hollis and Virginia Kimsey Hollis. She is survived by: her husband Mike Piguet; her daughter Michele Duncan (Steve) of Wheelersburg; and her brother Donald T. Hollis of Sebring, FL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the SOMC Hospice Center.
