He is survived by: his wife Fern Richmond Duncan; his sons, Barry Duncan (Susie) of Bellefonte, KY. and Tim Duncan (Louvina) of Summerton, SC; his sisters, Nina Richards of South Portsmouth, KY and Lisa Duncan of South Portsmouth, KY; his stepmother Bertha Duncan; and his sister-in-law Iva Duncan.
