We bid farewell to Beatrice Delores Penix of Portsmouth, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 4, 2024 at the age of 86. Beatrice touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Miller and Flossie Miller; her husband Paul Penix Sr.; and her daughter Cynthia Wellman. She is survived by: her sister Maxine Mathis (Elbie); her children, David Wellman, Paul Penix (Mary), Karen Hill of Portsmouth and Susan Isgett (Robert) of Minford; her grandchildren, Justin Bastian, Abrienne Hill (Brie), Morgan Brown, Brook McKnight and Jacob Wellman; and her pet Korky.
