He is survived by: his parents, Michael Adkins and Pamela Adkins (Liles) of Portsmouth, OH.; his siblings, Jason Adkins (Crystal Nickel) of Portsmouth, OH, Matthew Adkins (Melinda) of Lloyd, KY and Rebecca Harris (Michael) of Lucasville, OH.; his children, Anthony J Adkins (Aimee) of Manchester, TN., Aaliyah Adkins, Paige Adkins and Madison Adkins; his grandson Dillon Adkins of Sciotoville, OH.; his children, Phoenix, Uriah Adkins of Flatwoods, KY. and Paris Kegley (Sam) of Portsmouth; and his granddaughters, Jaenelle, Aerith and Whitley. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the D. W. Swick Funeral Home (5951 Gallia St, Portsmouth, OH 45662).
