He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Powell and Alice Craycraft. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Powell; his children, Andrea Bender (Jim), Shadd King, Melissa Shugert (Dwayne), Cera Wymer (Ryan) and Amy Connally (Emmanuel Sr.); his brother Michael Prater; his grandchildren, Grace, Joel, Malachi, Joseph, Isabella, Isaiha, Dax, Emmanuel Jr. and Lyric; and his niece Ashleigh Mills. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
