She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Waddell and Mary Fox Waddell; and her husband Ronald R. Parker. She is survived by: her son Stephen Parker (Judy Kay); her sister Frances Madden of Myrtle Beach, SC; her grandchildren, Jill Parker and Zach Parker (Kari); and her great grandchildren, Kaylyn, Rowen, Case, Paige, Mason, Sadie and Charlotte.
