He is survived by: his wife Dodie White (Madzay); his children, Russell Alexander "Rusty" White, Tami Maddy and Tracy Coombs (Dick, Jr.); his grandchildren, Presley, Ashley (Damien), Andrea (Justin), Jesse, Dick III, Travis, Conner, Carson and Sage; and his sisters, Ruthann LaManna and Joyce Schuster. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
