It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary L. Murphy of Portage, Ohio, born in Birmingham, Ohio, who passed away on March 9, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Walton and Marian Walton (Stage); her spouse Ira Murphy; and her siblings, Bob Walton, Donald "Bosco" Walton, Donna Hoerig and Carol Hogue.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Wolford (Marcia) of Portage, Tim Murphy of Portage, Beccie Johnson of Sandy Springs, Georgia, Anne Hilbert (Steve) of Jasper and Tina Elmore (Jimmy) of Lawndale; and her sister Wanda Thomas of Birmingham. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
