He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy; and his brother John. He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Fox (Keith), Tina Mattern (Bob) and Jaime Oden (Scott); his grandchildren, Ashley, Katie (Joel), DJ (Felicia), Dakoda, Travis, Alexandra, Kathie (Andrew), Hunter (Madyson) and Ryder; his sister-in-law Carol Martin; and his adoptive son Rick Stogsdill (Kristi). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
