He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa "Toni" (Moszelt); his father Omer; his grandmother Mashburn; and his siblings, Lee Hoover and Hayden Mashburn.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff (Sheila), Leslie Sue Harth and Jim; his grandchildren, Kim, Charles (Billie Kay), Steven (Jen), Jimmy and April; his great grandchild Alexander; his nieces, Connie Heintzman (Terry) and Gayle Hamilton (Duane); his brother-in-law Dave Hoover; and his close friend Kathleen Lozier.
