He is survived by: his siblings, Mark (Louella), Richard Hoodlebrink of Perrysburg and Linda Ladd of Gibsonburg; his nieces, Shannon (Jason) of Gibsonburg and Melissa (John); his nephew Mike Hoodlebrink of Perrysburg; and his great-nieces, Talia, Megan, Heather and Helen.
