He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Clair and Anna Clair (Kaylor); his former wife Lena Clair; his wife Rosemary Clair; his children, Alfred B Clair, Jr. and Cynthia "Cindy" Clair; and his stepdaughter Robin Wuster.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Clair (Cindy) and Nancy Kovack (Matt); his stepchildren, Nancy Stillmunks (Jim), Becky Grell, Sue Sandhoefner (Rick) and Steve Brown (Cherri); and his daughter-in-law JoAnn Clair.
