Doak (Kelli) and Benjamin Doak; his great grandchildren, Wyatt James Doak, Samuel Kenneth Doak and Huxley Edward Doak; his brother Daniel Doak (Martha) of Holly Hills, Florida.; his nephew David Doak (Lisa); and his niece Annette Madden of Holly Hills. He is also survived by four great nieces and one great nephew.
