He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley J. Pulfer and Martha M Pulfer (Reed). He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" L Pulfer (Boerger); his sons, Anthony R. Pulfer of Sidney, Ohio and Steven J. Pulfer (Deborah) of Sidney, Ohio; his grandsons, Nicholas S. Pulfer of Cleveland, Ohio and Matthew R. Pulfer of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and his sister Jeannie Harmon (Ralph) of Wapakoneta, Ohio. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
The family would like to receive friends but due to COVID 19 concerns there will be a private family viewing at Salm-McGill & Tangeman Funeral Home, Sidney, Ohio.
