He is survived by: his wife Janet L. (Finke); his children, Jennifer Sokoloski and William Peter Sokoloski (Lisa); his granddaughter Claire D. Sokoloski; his brother Nick Sokoloski (Linda); his niece Lisa Verdic; his brother-in-law Denny Finke; and his nephew David Finke (Jeanette).
