He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Hartley (Rice); his sons, William Hartley and Joey Hartley; and his sisters, Dorothy Clapper and Carol Junkins (John).
He is survived by: his daughters, Kristy Sosack (Christopher) and Jada Gill (Robert); and his siblings, Sue Raneri (Harry), John Hartley (Paulette) and Lee Hartley (Ruth Tettau). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
