He is survived by: his children, Katherine Bird (Todd), Cheryl Pratt (Scott), Adam Orris (Miranda), Sarah Bazar (Raymond) and Brittany Sakal (Mike); and his grandchildren, Caleb, Kelsey, Cody, Logan, Luke, Lance, Lane, William V, Carson, Joel, Akella, Ellie and Eli.
