He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Warren and Taleta Taylor Dean; his former wife Nancy; his son Kenneth; and his brother David.
He is survived by: his wife Linda McCrery; his children, Walter Evan Dean (Tina), Faith McCrery (Casey Perry) and Lindsey Slingerland (David); his grandchildren, Jamie Alexander (Tye) and Cass Perry; and his great grandchild Aubrie Leal.
