She was predeceased by: her parents, Norris Rickner and Hazel Rickner (McClure); and her siblings, Harold Rickner, Norvel Rickner, Alvin Rickner, Jake Rickner, Betty Young, Arlene Goff, Bernice Nagy, Alma Chaffin, LaReah Rickner, Joyce Rickner and Wanda "Butchie" Cover.
She is survived by: her husband Philip M. Lacer; her children, Rex A. Lacer of Milan, Victoria Laurents (Kevin O'Quinn) of Port Clinton, Vel Niess (John) of Fairfield and Philip A. Lacer of Port Clinton; and her siblings, Larry Rickner of Florida, Sharon Cover of Florida and Janice Meggitt of Marblehead, OH.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
