He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Shirley and Donald Polick, Sr.; his siblings, Donald Polick, Jr. (Magali), Christina Polick and Jennifer Phillips (Shane); and his nieces and nephews, Nathan, Alexis, Christina, Jacob and Mason.
