He was predeceased by: his parent Sgt. Mjr; and his brother Ernest Blohm. He is survived by: his children, Lori Levorchick (Stephen) of Catawba Island and Todd Blohm (Heidy) of Catawba Island; his grandchildren, Collin Yurista (Meghan) of Port Clinton, Noah Yurista of Port Clinton, Tyler Blohm of Port Clinton and Rebekah Blohm of Port Clinton; his great grandchildren, Kahlie Blohm and Walker Yurista; his brothers, Jeff Blohm (Kathy) of Fremont, OH, Carl Blohm (Cindy) of Zeeland, MI and Kevin Blohm (Kerri) of Zeeland, MI; his sister-in-law Debbie Blohm of Fremont; and his former wife Brendia Blohm (Jacob Ryf) of Catawba Island.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Port Clinton Chapel (1124 Fulton St, Port Clinton, OH 43452). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
