She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hernandez and Mary Hernandez; and her siblings, Daniel Hernandez, Thomas Hernandez and Rosalie Hernandez.

She is survived by: her children, Melissa Angel (Sergio), Juan Carlos Ortega (Carmen April) and Gianna Gonzalez; her grandchildren, Sergio Angel Jr., Sebastian Angel and Sophia Angel; and her siblings, Michael Hernandez (Kareen), Raquel Fleischman (Lawrence), Frances Angel (Arthur James Oviedo), Christina Mejia, John Hernandez and Gloria Mejia. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Home (5155 W Sylvania Ave, Toledo, OH 43623).
