He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Joseph and Goldie A. Velliquette (Cutcher); and his sister Mary Roberts. He is survived by: his wife Shirley C. Velliquette; his children, Theodore "Joe" Velliquette (Betty), Terry Velliquette, Joanne "Annie" Cook (Dee) and Lorraine Harris (Joe); his siblings, Robert, Sanford "Butch" (Chris), Larry "Buzzy" Velliquette (Linda) and Doris Kilgore; and his significant other Tabby.
