She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph King and Ruth King-McCarty (Smith); and her son-in-law David Lillquist. She is survived by: her husband Horst Herzog; her children, Harald Herzog, Richard Herzog (Viola), Deborah Mulcahy (Peter) and Amy Lillquist (Sam Lutrin); her grandchildren, Mitchell (Eric Herzog), Evan (Alan Mulcahy), Kathryn Mulcahy-Allard and Magnus (Henry Lillquist); her great grandchildren, Amara and Silas Allard; and her siblings, Mildred King, Diane Choins (Bob), Dan McCarty (Jan) and Bill McCarty (Kim). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
