She is survived by: her husband David Hugh Clingan of Shelby, Ohio; her brother John Kocher (Cheryl) of Port Clinton, Ohio; her daughters, Amy Carter (Curtis) of Mt Vernon and Molly Hayman (Steve) of Round Rock, Texas; her grandchildren, Nicholas Hayman (Karley), Canyon Carter (Danielle), Cullen Carter (Danielle) and Caira Clendening (Reese); and her great grandchildren, Baker, Bella, Sophia, James, Forrest, Levi, Cliff and Everett.
