He is survived by: his grandchildren, Catrina Guthrie, Adam Kominek (Ellen), Amanda Zink (Bryan), Andrea Kominek, Meredith Dixon (Brannon) and Matthew Wyckoff; and his siblings, Mary Podgurski of Port Clinton and Edward Podgurski of Huron.
Memorial contributions may be given to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church or Heartland Hospice.
