She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Smith and Ola Smith (Pritchett); and her husband Cecil L. Clemens. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Clemens (Barbara) of Port Clinton and Kathryn Clemens of Toledo, OH.. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
