He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bauman and Elizabeth Bauman (Reuman); his wife Peggy Ann Bauman; and his brothers-in-law, Eugene Meisler, Gilbert Newton and Kenny Newton.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Dole (Jim) and Karen Buchman (Rick); his grandchildren, Adam (Daya), Liz (Irene), Amy (Mike), Blake (Tony) and Kara (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Remy, Luca and Hazel; and his sisters, Babs Meisler and Carol Dreher (Bill).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory (216 Washington St, Port Clinton, OH 43452). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In remembrance, donations can be made to the Catawba Island Volunteer Fire Department or the Wounded Warrier Project.
