He is survived by: his sons, Jason Smith (Amy Bauer) of Fremont and Scott Smith (Vikki) of Johnstown, OH; his grandchildren, Hailey Smith, Catherine Smith, Gracie Smith and Andrew Denis; and his girlfriend Lois Couture.
