She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Wilhelm and Theresa Wilhelm (McCarthy); her daughter-in-law Kim; her granddaughter Katrina; and her granddaughter-in-law Noel.
She is survived by: her husband Pete; her children, Stephen DeRose (Tammey) of Sandusky, Debra Zvosec (Dan) of Amherst and Theresa; her grandchildren, Teashia, Brionne, Jessica, Matthew, Gabriel, Angela, David and Kenneth; her great grandchildren, Hudson, Charlotte, Graycee, Georgia, Marcelus, Skye, Marc, Marissa, Joel and Joey; and her siblings, Mary Omlor of Tiffin and Lawrence Wilhelm (Felicia) of Chicago.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Port Clinton Chapel (1124 Fulton St, Port Clinton, OH 43452). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (414 Madison St, Port Clinton, OH 43452).
In honor of Rita's memory, memorial contributions may be made to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church School, 109 W. Fourth Street, Port Clinton, Ohio, 43452, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
