He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Suhrbier and Edna Suhrbier (Thompson); and his brother-in-law Walt Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his sisters, Lola Nelson and Martha Reynolds (James); and his brothers-in-law, Ed Sztuk and Jim Sztuk (Leanne). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
