It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Ladd of Port Clinton, Ohio, born in Richlands, Virginia, who passed away on October 10, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Park and Mae Park (Stinson); and her sister Linda Coykendale. She is survived by: her husband Joe; her son James E. Ladd; and her sister Karen Goldwood.
